Precourse Requirements
Please note that this class REQUIRES up to 4 hours of precourse work that must be completed prior to attending.
Please allow plenty of time to complete this requirement.
Students arriving to class without the precourse certificate will not be admitted and will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Instructions for accessing the precourse work will be included in the orientation that will be emailed to you when registration is complete.
If you do not receive the orientation within 1 hour of registering please contact us right away.

on a different date that works for you,
we will be happy to switch you to a different class at NO charge!

The American Heart Association requires that
a COPY of your online course completion certificate
MUST be presented to the instructor when you arrive
to complete the skills testing.

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is an advanced,
instructor-led classroom course
that highlights the importance of:
-team management of a cardiac arrest
-team dynamics and communication
-systems of care and immediate post-cardiac-arrest care.
Specific skills in airway management and related pharmacology are also featured.
Skills are taught through discussion and group learning,
while testing stations offer case-based scenarios using simulators.
