​Cancellation policy
To provide for the best possible learning environment we do not offer refunds for class fees however, we do understand that life happens.
In you are unable to attend the class you registered for, we allow ONE reschedule of class within 30 days at no additional charge.
In order to be eligible for rescheduling we must receive your request no less than 24 hour prior to class.

In 2005, Rapid Response Trainings LLC was formed in Central Ohio because we identified a need to provide life saving education to medical professionals, general industry, as well as members of the community.
